DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Ellabartlow.com ships domestically, typically at the customer's expense. From time to time we run promotions in which we provide shipping free of charge over a certain purchase amount. These promotions will be displayed on our Home Page banner when in effect. The carriers we use for dometic shipping are UPS and USPS. Shipping times vary depending on carrier and desination. Customers are always responsible for all return shipping charges. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Ellabartlow.com ships internationally via DHL, UPS and USPS at the customer's expense. We are not resposnible for any customs taxes and/or duties, brokerage or any other fees associated with your shipment. Shipping time may vary depending on carrier and destination. If you refuse the shipment, you will be responsible for all shipping charges plus any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees associated with the shipment, which will be deducted from your refund.
