RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Ella Bartlow we strive to satisfy each and every one of our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 10 days of shipment. If returns are not posted within 10 days of the original date of shipment from our dispatch center, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unused, in the same condition as it was received, in its original jewelry pouch and must be accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase.

Merchandise condition is subject to our assessment. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, which can take up to 10-14 business days. Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.

Only merchandise purchased on www.ellabartlow.com is eligible for return. We will not accept returns purchased from third party retailers.

The customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Please ensure that all returns are sent with an insured courier and retain your receipt, as www.ellabartlow.com is not responsible for any lost or damaged items, and a refund will not be issued for merchandise damaged or not received.

All Sale Items and Gift Certificates are FINAL SALE.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and she/he will find out about your return.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received a refund yet:

  1. First check your bank account again. 
  2. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
  4. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@ellabartlow.com
